I heard back after three months of submitting my resume. The job description seemed to change during the interview process and they made me interview with 8 or 9 people !!! They said the job was highly important and visible but I would not have any resources or direct support. They did whiz me through the interview process in a few weeks but then kept saying they were interviewing more people and would hope to have a decision by a few days from now. It has been two weeks of playing this game that I have been waiting. Now i told them that I have another offer and they are not even replying to me. Obviously this is not how to treat a top candidate. I can tell the folks at the company are very scatter brained and don't have direction and it will probably take forever to implement something if they can't even make a hiring decision timely.
