First screening call with HR 15 mins. Then screening call with the business head 20 mins. He explained team, my would be role and asked my interests. Then HR asked me submit time slots for full-loop. Never told how many slots he needs. Then scheduled the interviews in chunks without any description of full loop interviews. First interviewer joined 30 mins late after I called recruiter to ask him join, Asked 10 MCQs with passing cut off of 8. Later discussed a L2 order book design problem. He was in hurry. 60 mins interview done in 30 mins. No chance to ask any question at the end. 2nd interview was for 30mins. His questions were abstract. Asked if I have written socket layer code from scratch and done any latency calculations reading pcap files. He was in hurry 30mins interview in 20 mins. This senior guy had not read my resume, neither he was sure of what position I had applied for. 3rd interviewer was ok. Again abstract questions. was in hurry at the end but gave chance to ask questions. Tips : Think and answer fast. Communicate good and short, about what they want to hear. Did not felt much confident about the interviewer's mind and what they are looking for.
