Interview
It was very relax and inviting. I didn't feel as though I was being tested, rather like they were trying to get to know me as a person. I was treated as an individual instead of a number

Interview
At the site I interviewed you are interviewed by the main guy for "ambassadors" of the account. His/her title is the operations manager. They mostly do office work first shift and are supposed to go outside and walk around an hour a day. Depending where you are applying in the United States, there are generally three positions. Safety Ambassador, Clean Ambassador and Hospitality Ambassador. The interview process is usually split into three separate interviews.
Interview number 1: You are asked prearranged corporate questions by the ops manager. He then writes all your remarks down.
Interview number 2: The ops manager takes you on a walk through the district you'll be working in. This takes 1-2 hours. During this part just stay interested and make comments and ask questions. If there is trash, such as a bottle or paper etc. pick it up. It will impress the ops manager and you'll almost surely get hired.
"Interview" number 3: You get your uniforms (the fee is deducted from your check), drug test, meet people etc.
