Quite ambigous/confusing. Had a take home assignment, which got turned down by hiring manager for reasons, the exact ones I clarified before I started my coding where the recruiting team replied the opposites. I had an E-mail thread opened up and after back and forth discussions they apologize and move forward for the virtual onsite. It had 4 rounds: 1. Coding (js) 2. System-design. 3. Leadership 4. Behavioral After finishing four rounds the recruiter calls and apologizes for not moving forward, reason being (highly ambigous) not doing well in behavioral and leadership rounds. The feedback for coding and design round was good. In short, pretty confusing hiring process.
