Relaxed, friendly, open and encouraging conversation which is focused less towards 'grilling' a candidate but getting to know their personality, ambitions and abilities. As client account management is centred on establishing and building relationships, as well as the more administrative elements, the interview was really an opportunity to ensure that I had the ability to fulfil those requirements and the drive to grow with the company. There were no set of stereotypical questions to tick off the list, but a more organic communication that explored the various requirements and my past experiences which would assist with the job requirements.
