I didn't even apply for the role and was headhunted by a contracting agency as I didn't live near their Basingstoke branch. I had all the relevant medical devices experience and used to work in automotive too so Understood the engineering processes they needed. In the end, I got job, OK salary. Interview very easy even for people with first language not English.
