quick interview process. was hired on the spot by the general manager. no background check, no job verification, they didn't even need to see my certifications (which is a big red flag to me). any gym that employs trainers without even seeing their certifications is a big no no

I was asked on how to address different situations and why I would address them in such a way. Then they proceeded to ask what my personal fitness endeavors consisted of, and consequently, what my goals were because of them. Later, I was given a shirt the very same day I was spoken to.
