Blacks Outdoor Retail interview questions

Applied online via Indeed. Asked to attend an in-person interview. I was offered the job during the interview. Very easy and stress-free. The manager was very welcoming and friendly, although they did not seem to fussed about the actual company and professionalism, more interested with "the vibe" that I had and if I would be easy to work with.

Fairly relaxed chat, nothing to worry about. Really just about determining your interest in the outdoors. Lasted around 30 minutes and found out that I’d got the job way before I was told I would. Good communication throughout application process.
