Had a Skype interview for an international internship. Very open conversation about the internship opportunity and expectations. Clear and professional communication from the team at all stages of the process.

Interview
During the interview, we went through my resume and discussed previous experiences and the skills that would be applicable to the role. There were a few scenario and behavioural questions and room to ask them questions.

How would your skills from your previous experience apply to your work in this role?
2 rounds of assessment are involved. First-round being a face-to-face/online interview while the second round being a written test assessment (time limit: 1.5 hours). Technical questions regarding what you will likely be doing during the internship will be asked and critical thinking questions would also be asked.
