3-4 rounds of interview (HR, team lead, senior management). Relatively straightforward and consistent with typical job interview (learning about your experience, why you want to join, experience with research). Language ability is quite important, and although most reports are written in English, ability to speak and listen in other languages is an advantage.

The whole process is extremely slow, which it is a way to see its management level. You need to write a report with detailed guide in 4 hours. It required you to search a person online to see if he/she has some bad effects or reputation in some ways. That shows one of their daily work. The recuirment manager told u would give you the feedback but no feedback at all. Overall..its quite disappointed for its process.
Handed cv at careers fair, got invitation to take writing test 2 weeks later, a 5-hour case study style writing task, with detailed and explicit instructions, testing searching ability and English writing skills
