The application process consisted of a HireVue interview with two questions and was straight-forward. After that, I got invited into the first round interviews which were two 30-minute interviews with current analysts. The interviews went pretty well and were about my motivation to join the team and competencies. The Assessment Centre consisted of a presentation (prepared in advance), two half an hour interviews (with VPs) and a problem-solving exercise. The interviews were similar to the ones before but with more difficult questions. The problem-solving exercise consisted of 5 case studies that go like 5 minutes and were not too difficult, but I got stuck in one or two. All in all the application process was a bit dry, but I appreciated the amount of human interaction (even though some variation would have been nice). Disappointed by the fact that I was supposed to get feedback afterwards but was denied it when requesting.

I did an HR phone screening, it was nothing much, just asked general questions (like background) Then I got the interview in person. It was quite easy, not too pressured The interviewers told me what the job was about, what their roles were, etc. At the end, they provided me a feedback: I don't have direct experience in the financial industry (so would you invite me in to this round)
