The interview process was over a reasonable time period -- about 2 weeks. I went through 6 rounds of interviewing, each time seeing 2 members of the team, ending with the managing directors at the end. Each time, the interview focus was different -- the first one was fairly informal, traditional type of questions -- why do you want this role? What do you understand it entails? Why do you want to leave your current role? etc. The second ones were more technical in nature, and really test your investment management understanding. The final ones were more behavioral-type interviews, and the MDs I believe meeting me to give their final approval. I was really happy when I got offered the position.

Application I applied online Interview It's a 3 to 4 round process. First a interview with Leads and Managers and then HR Round. Overall it was a blend of technical and Analytical skills
