1 phone call with HR and then call with a large team. Just behavioral interview. Multi panel of people sitting in on the interview. Really relaxed. Afterwards, recruiter contacted with offer.

Question 1
What is one challenge you've faced, and how did you overcome it?
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Black & Veatch (Kansas City, MO) in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview consisted of mostly behavioral questions. There were a few technical questions, but only after I had shown knowledge of whatever topic was being talked about. I had 6 thirty minute interviews back to back. It seems like a long process, but the professionals were all very down to earth and seemed genuinely interested in me.

Question 1
Of your previous internship and class experience, what was your favorite project to work on?
Was informed 3 minutes into my phone interview (that the interviewer had called late for) that my GPA was too low for the position. This was surprising to me, as they had had my transcript on record for a month and decided not to check it until after extending and starting the interview. It felt very inconsiderate of my time, and I don’t plan to apply here again
I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Black & Veatch in Nov 2020
Interview
I submitted an application online, and they contacted me about a week late to schedule a half hour HR call. After this, I had another half hour call with department managers scheduled a few days later.
