Interview
Interviewer was late, didn't have my resume, was unsure where I was in the interview process and didn't have questions ready. Offered to email them my resume so they would have it and they declined. Made me feel like my resume and past experience was not important to them. Also I don't believe they were truly interested even though i got positive feedback at the end and was told I'd be contacted for additional interviews. It has been two weeks and nothing. If they were not interested it would have been best not to set up an interview with me and waste our time. If they still are interested, I'm not sure I'd want to work with this person. I feel their performance is unsat.

Interview
I applied the first day the application opened up. I had an initial screening that I was very excited about. I was told there would be 2 more interviews after the initial. Recruiter was friendly and responsive and made me very excited for the role. I was very disappointed to be rejected a few days later saying they had hired someone else. I wish they would not do initial screenings getting candidate's hopes up when they already have a good pool of people. Disappointing.
