I was invited to a Zoom interview where I was told I'd meet with Jarred. When I joined the interview, I was welcomed by somebody else. Also, it was a group interview, which I wasn't aware of, and other candidates joined the meeting. They told us about their 10-month-long training system to become a branch manager. They said they would not answer any questions and we could ask questions in the second interview. A few hours after the interview, I received that I was selected for the 2nd round. However, it mentioned I would meet with my trainee, and I should take a notebook to take notes. I didn't have a good feeling about the position, so I rather withdraw my application.
