However the role you applied for was a sales and marketing role; we absolutely work with big box retailers to bring small brands awareness, exclusivity and revenue. You chose to apply to our company, we did not personally recruit you nor were you sought-after so saying that we're "desperate for employees" when you actively applied doesn't really seem fair. There are higher turnover rates for most sales roles and we do not hide that fact. We are ranked as a top place to work by Fair Business Report so we feel comfortable with a higher turnover, as long as we provide equal opportunity for everyone regardless of experience and those that are qualified do stay onboard. After reviewing with our HR team, it doesn't look like we offered you the position so stating that you "declined the offer" does not hold true. There is absolutely sales involved, so there will be a turnover, but we do recruit and employ like an NFL team; looking for the sharpest, fastest, strongest players.
