I did not interview at Bkash. I interviewed in an another organisation. To maintain relationship/ partnership with that another organisation, Head (EVP) of one division from Bkash took interview of me in that another organisation and did some unethical work as a part of non informed situational judgement test as per request of that organisation. It was 5- 10 minutes interview.
There was two step interview. One with the line manager and another one with the concern Department Head. The interview session was a great learning experience. These interviews showed me different way of thinking.
