Interview
After the initial exam on their website, an email notice will be sent to confirm if you pass the initial assessment. It'll give you three days to book your interview - the biggest catch is that THERE ARE NO AVAILABLE SLOTS even if you refresh the site hundreds of times for multiple hours.
A friend, also an applicant, emailed the Recruitment's email address from FAQs on the possibility of extending the deadline of booking the interview given that they don't have slots available but she got NO RESPONSES.

Question 1
For the initial interview, the questions are pretty basic, focusing on English comprehension, tenses and other technical s/v agreement items. It's followed by a quick audio recording.
It is a one-way interview, so you don’t need to be nervous because there is no interviewer. You just need to answer five questions and record yourself. But, the hiring process will take one to two weeks.

The interviewer is very kind and professional. He doesn't act rude so I felt comfortable during the whole interview process. The interview is well organized and the flow is smooth.
