1) Interview with the HR (easy, pretty much introduction) 2) Test Assignment (easily done) 3) Interview with Team Leader (more questions about past experiences and expectations, no behavioral questions. Was not stressful at all, just a chat). 4) Interview with the Head of the department (was quite stressful but the questions were very good, and on point, it was obvious that this person is a professional and knows exactly what the company is looking for),
