The entire recruitment process was very well organized and uncomplicated. I applied through Bitpanda's online recruitment platform and a couple of weeks later they contacted me back and invited me for an interview. After agreeing, I received all relevant details per email including date, links, the names of my interviewers and information on the interview's duration. Interview: It took place online (approx. 40 min), started on time and everyone was very friendly and respectful. They also came prepared, were familiar with my CV and asked good questions (relating to my professional experience, skills and goals/expectations). During the interview, I also had the opportunity to ask them questions and to learn more about the company. Finally, we talked specifics on timing and on when I could expect a final decision. They kept their promise - I heard back from them within a week and was extended an offer which I accepted! All communication was clear and onboarding went very smoothly - I started 2 weeks after my interview. In total, the whole process was around 7 weeks from the moment I first applied until my start at Bitpanda. Super nice.
