Interview
Scheduled an interview without asking for availability, I was able to make it work, then was told I would be emailed about next steps, and I never heard from them again despite a follow-up.

Interview
The process was fairly straightforward: an initial online screen call, followed by an in-person interview with an HR member and a potential supervisor. While initially friendly, they seemed disorganized once the interview began and unhappy when I asked questions about the nature of the role, expectations, structure of the team, etc. An hour after I left, they sent a follow-up asking me to complete a test to prove my writing abilities and submit it within two days. I was unsure about the experience but decided to be professional and continue. I did the assessment, and the HR representative said they would be in touch in 2 weeks with feedback and if they didn't - to follow up with them. They did not reach out so I followed up, The HR person said that they were so swamped, it had escaped them and they hadn't even read the assessments, but they would be in touch for sure soon. As expected, they completely ghosted. Unprofessional and lazy. Definitely dodged a bullet.

Interview
Screening, followed by two rounds of interviews. You’re contacted first by an HR manager for screening then moved on based on your fit for the role. Two more rounds with more executive level staff. Very clear communication throughout.
