Applied online with 4 competency questions included. Email inviting to interview on next working day , Interview set for 1 week after closing date. Sent a psychometric test to complete before interview. Interview lasted around 1 hour with a panel of two, was quite relaxed and informal. 9 questions asked, discussion of results from test, then was given a tour of the university by another member of staff.
