I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bishop Fleming (Plymouth, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
Sent my CV and cover letter, did the online assessment tests and then the online video interviews. After all this got invited to an assessment day which included a business task, where I had an hour to write a report on a company and then had to explain my findings to my interviewers and answer their questions. The interview was with a partner and manager and ended with a tour/chat with a current employee who is studying the same qualification I will be which gave me a chance to ask any further questions

Interview
Application process was clear but had many stages. Submitted your CV, then completed some online assessments, then had to do an online interview, then you had to go to the office to do a business activity for 1 hour, then you had to complete the interview with senior management and a partner.

Interview
Final stage (Assesment Centre) is comprised of a case study question for an hour, followed by an interview by a partner and manager of your chosen service line for another hour.
The whole experience was boring and impersonal. They call it an assessment day but you learn nothing about their company, they don't offer you any reasons to work for them and it really seems like a one way questioning session rather than a conversation where both parties are engaging. Interviewers seemed indifferent about being there.
