Bis Industries interview questions

Interviewed twice in WA for the Automate business directly with the General Manager. Although enjoying the process. (Who doesn't enjoy talking business over a Friday lunch and a pint?) That's when the good times ended and the ghosting started. Zero response to calls, e-mail or texts. Altogether poor experience from a company I once respected.

Applied online from the website. Received a phone screening call from Perth HR. HR person clearly stated I am forwarding your resume to the hiring manager and updating you on an outcome(for sure). I waited for 2 weeks and tried to contact her without any success for an update. I believe it is fine to be unsuccessful in the role but false hopes and no communication is unprofessional.
