Interview
Applied through a student referral. E-mailed the production managers to inquire for a position and heard back in a few days. The interview lasted 30 minutes and consisted of a handful of behavioral questions. I heard back from the managers in the next week through a short e-mail and began working that same week.

Question 1
There were not any difficult or unexpected questions. However, since I was quite new to interviewing (freshman, college) I did struggle a little bit with the strength/weakness questions.
