The first part of the interview process was a phone interview for screening. After passing this i was invited for an on-site interview with SQA manager and team leader. The interview process involved basic industry questions (how do you interact with teams, issues, projects, deadlines, etc) and then some software testing questions that make you think about how to test software and find defects or weaknesses.
