The process started positively, with an initial HR screening followed by a discussion with the team lead, both of which went well and gave a good impression of the role and company.
The third round, which involved the client, was more challenging and required a deeper level of technical detail than expected. While this was a useful learning experience, the main downside was the lack of communication after the final interview. I did not receive an update or feedback from Biolizard, and I eventually had to contact the client directly to understand the outcome and receive feedback.
Overall, the early stages were professional and constructive, but the post-interview follow-up could have been much stronger, especially after candidates invest time in a multi-stage process.
