Recruiter and team was friendly, but upper leadership over-emphasized that safety wasn't always the priority. As an EHS professional, I can understand where they were coming from, but it isn't a great look from an external candidate. I made it clear that I believed that EHS was meant to partner with production team and set realistic goals, but I could tell they was antagonism within the team. Very unimpressed with recruitment team, was friendly up until immediately after final interview. Was completely ghosted and workday sent me an autorejection email 3 weeks after I had my final interview (which had to be rescheduled a week after a half day site visit). Overall I spent a full day of PTO between the 4 rounds of interviews. It was very insulting to receive an autorejection email after the time I put in. Would not recommend to any candidate.
