First screen with recruiters, felt robotic, they were just going through a list of questions. 3 rounds with other recruiting team members, of which one asked me indirectly if I can take information from my current company, which is obviously not ethical. Process was simple, questions were basic but they were really afraid of offer declines that they were hesistant to share their offered package without knowing what your competing offer was.
I was declined within twenty minutes of submitting my application. They could have at least waited and pretended to actually consider my experience. A very short and very disrespectful experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Binance (Dubai) in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview process starts with a phone screen. From there, there is around 5-6 more interview rounds to get through, not including the offer stages. It's a lengthy process - not sure it is efficient considering most stages you are asked the same thing over and over
