It was not a pleasant interview. I can bet the hiring manager hadn't seen my cv before I stepped into that office. She looked so disinterested before we even started talking. While I was speaking to her and explaining my experience she was not even looking at me and was just figgiting around. Such hiring managers forget that just the way they judge a candidate by their experience and presentation, candidates also judge the nature of the management and the company through these managers as at that point they are the ones who's representing the company. Traveling for over an hour, I ended up having hardly a 5 minute interview.
