It was okey overall. In the beginning you start with general qualifiation test and after that one to one interview where the instructor gives you specific questions and expects you to think quickly

Interview
No interview was conducted. They were selecting assistants purely based on GPA. Some of our other assistants were not knowledgeable. Being a CS or Math teacher assistant was the hardest one. The demand was too high.
