WARNING: Beware of Deceptive Hiring Practices
I recently had an unsettling experience with BigTrunk that I feel compelled to share to prevent others from encountering similar frustrations.
After submitting all required documents, including salary slips and personal identification, and receiving a confirmed joining date, I was blindsided when they suddenly went silent a day before I was supposed to join. Despite attempts to reach out, I was met with unfulfilled promises of follow-up and resolution, leaving me and others in a state of uncertainty.
It is concerning that they collect extensive employee information only to backtrack on their commitments without explanation. Their enticing offers may appear appealing, but I urge caution.
The lack of transparency and accountability paints a troubling picture of their organizational culture.
For those considering opportunities with this agency, I strongly advise requesting an Offer Letter before divulging any personal documentation. This simple precaution can save you from potential disappointment and inconvenience.
Trust should be earned, not assumed, and any insistence on sharing personal information without formal documentation should raise red flags.
Looking back, I wish I’d been more cautious. I hope sharing my experience helps others avoid getting burned.
