Call with recruiter, then interview with Senior Director fo Growth. If that goes well then you'll meet with the CEO, and then a case study. The CEO will talk down to you if she doesnt like how you answer the questions she asks you. Then will end the call early if she doesnt like you, and say "we'll reach out with feedback", only to get an email from the recruiter saying "We will stop the recruitment process", and include zero feedback.
