Straightforward they were more concerned about my availability more than anything. They went over past experience and overall work history leading up to that point. Also asked about how much I was making at other store locations.
Simple interview, sat down with the manager who went overall responsibilities of the associate role to ensure that I knew the role. Proceeded to ask me qualifying questions. It was a pleasant overall experience

It was nice. Manager was pretty nice. I was pretty nervous though because I did not know what to expect. But I pretty much listened to the demands and events of the job.
