      Manager Interview

      Application

I interviewed at Bidease (New York, NY)

      Interview

Major red flags from the beginning of the process but I went through with it anyway. I went through 3 interviews including an in person interview that lasted 1.5 hours (way over my scheduled time) and an assignment. After the last interview, the hiring manager said they would schedule a final round to meet with management. After a week, I didn't hear back so I reached out for an update. Turns out I was rejected and they did not even care to let me know. Rejections are expected. However, considering I did so many rounds including an in person interview and an assignment, I would've thought they would at least let me know if I was rejected. The recruiter voiced so many cons about the company (late hours, low pay, etc.) and truthfully, I'm glad I didn't make it through. It doesn't seem like a good company to work for.
