I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bica Services (Sofia, Sofia (city)) in Nov 2024
Interview
The recruitment process is highly efficient and, most importantly, very friendly. The hiring manager leads the process for the roles, making it personal and engaging. It begins with an introductory call to get to know each other, where candidates receive ample information about the company, team, and processes. This is also an opportunity to ask questions. In my case, the online meeting lasted about 45 minutes.
The next step involves a technical assignment. While the task can be challenging, it is tailored to whether you have recruitment experience or not, and the team is supportive if you have questions. What stood out most to me was the lack of a strict deadline—the candidate sets their own timeline, which initially surprised me but ultimately helped me approach the task calmly.
If the task meets their expectations (they provide feedback promptly), you are invited to a final on-site interview. My experience included a meeting with several team members, which was pleasant and insightful. It involved detailed questions about my experience and practical HR cases to solve on the spot. Despite being a small team and company, they seem to have well-structured processes in place.
