It was quite long, alot of personal details matter. Quite old school recruitment. Fill up an application and then interviewed by the HR and the department head and the director.

Basic questioning involved regarding work exp. it was a pretty easy interview.
the person in charge is the owner so the questions were textbook typical.
later HR briefed me about the timings etc. what I hated was I had to wait for an hour unnecessity for the interview to start.
