All online. They give you a set of topics to teach. Teaching test is the first step.
Training for 15 days and then they make an offer. In between training they take tests as well
It's an easy 2 way step that can easily be done, they'll ask you to deliver one topic out of four using any of the method to teach them giving a mock demo to them onspot. They'll ask some basic questions after that and you'll be done.
It was quite easy, They asked questions related to math and asked for demo teaching with your own content, and also asked some behavioral questions. They provided me few topics to select from.

Interview
Company is slow to follow up. It took months and it took days after the interview before a confirmation to the job was made. I even got the confirmation after I messaged them about it for an update. They don't send it to you automatically.
