      I was interviewed for a lead teacher position. The interviewer and I went back and forth through email and everything was going great. When they gave me an offer letter, they said they filled the lead teacher position up and asked if i could do an assitant position instead, with very low pay. I was quite disappointed to say the least

      You shuld prepare for the intervirw by following the instructions and tips they give you in the interview acceptance email. You need to give a 5 minute Montessori lesson, answer the interview questions using the STAR method and answer behavioral interview questions thoroughly

      Its a 2 step process. The first process is, you have to recprd yourself answering 5 questions. The final interview process was 90 miniunte on zoom. Once that was done you get to ask them a few questions . Then you're told you should hear back after 5 to ten business days.
