Bey & Associates interview questions

I was called & forced to do a phone interview on the spot instead of being asked if it was a good time to talk. In the phone interview, I was asked very inappropriate questions not related to the job such as, “Is your email address the year you graduated high school?” Not professional! The actual interview was ridiculous. They force you to come in and do an in-person interview in the middle of a pandemic! Four people conducted the interview and no one read my resume until after I sat down in front of them. An interviewer was very disrespectful and acted disinterested as if he was doing me a favor by sitting for the interview. He is a very bad representation of the firm. Based on how the “interview process” went, I believed the bad Glassdoor reviews of this firm and declined the position. Best decision.
