Out-of-touch interview process with a clueless recruiter showing up to the call without knowing my name, my CV, or even the role I applied for - only talking about how important it is to be in the office 5 days a week, bla bla bla... The final stage was a mockery as well. Head of HR and Director of Product sitting there with brick faces during my presentation, only to ask at the end, “What was that about?”, clearly showing they hadn’t listened at all. Dismissive comments. Stuck-up behaviour. Awful culture, even from the outside.
