I have a strong level of experience related to this position and am more than qualified. I met with the hiring manager for a 30 minute interview. From the very beginning he couldn't have been less interested in speaking with me. He didn't make eye contact throughout. I also observed him checking his phone on more than one occasion. It was a complete waste of time and I have never felt more disrespected in an interview in my career. If he didn't see me as the right fit for this position, that's fine. But at least handle it respectfully.

The recruiter canceled the interview last minute and then rescheduled. The call only focused on very specific scenario-based questions about my current role, which didn't allow me to talk about experiences that were more relevant to the position. The call ended early and somewhat abruptly without any clear next steps discussed. Had to email the recruiter twice to follow up and then ended up getting a canned email response from Greenhouse saying they weren't moving forward with my application. Would have been nice to get some feedback or at least a personal email back from the recruiter. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
