The whole process took roughly 6-8 weeks, this is far too long, and the entire experience left me drained and also has not left me with a good impression of BetterUp.
It is unrealistic to expect candidates to jump through hoops and put their life on hold for a role they may not get and at the same time expect at least 6 of their BetterUp staff to find time in their work schedule to interview each qualified candidate is not sustainable for them and is not sustainable for the company.
For an organization whose platform is mental health, they need to streamline their interview process and provide a positive candidate experience or risk losing talented candidates to competitors because skilled candidates will not hang around.
If you cannot spot good talented candidates in the 2nd or 3rd round of interviews then you are not the best company to nourish my talents on my journey.
