I have been approached directly byt the recruiter.
I had to follow her up to get a reply from her after I've said I was interesting to know more.
The screening was quite direct, she did not even sell the company.
Afterwards, I'm still waiting the feedback, it's been more than a month and I think I won't hear from her at all.
