Interview
I found the interview process to be warm, challenging and thoughtful. The communication from the recruiter was excellent. So many companies leave you hanging - BetterUp did not do this. Really appreciated it.

I like how the interviewed for values, as well as experience. The take home assignment was challenging but fun to do. All interviewers were kind and conversational.
