The internet process wasn’t as overwhelming than I anticipated. The interviewers were respectful, and considerate. I felt like I was already part of the company; that’s how friendly they were.

Questions as usual. Farming CV. Ghost you for a while then the position is on hold. So basically, they want to farm some CV to use when they want to. Same as many others.

First contact through LinkedIn, followed by some awkward 30m, call.
Then without consulting your availability, they schedule and reschedule you for technical interviews, it's one of those places that think you are available for them 24/7, after three weeks at this, I just dropped from the whole process, and that was only their internal selection.
