Interview
I applied online and was called the next day. I had a phone interview. It lasted between 20 to 30 minutes long. I didn't need to do a second interview or go in person. I was offered the position after the interview and was able to start right away.

I was asked a variety of questions such as, If I was over the age of 18, experience related to the position. If I have reliable transportation. What was my last job and what position I held, and how long. What shift was I looking for.
