I had a one hour technical interview with a team member and the EM at Betfred. We talked about some theory and also did some practical questions. They asked me about coding, problem solving and how I think about building software. The team was nice and made me feel comfortable. It was a good experience.

Goal: See if you are someone they want to work with
Focus on being personable over technical
Ask them about their work and listen
Show interest without trying to outshine anyone
4. Executive Interview
Goal: Test how you think at a high level
Talk about industry trends and challenges
Share an informed opinion on where things are heading
Keep the focus on big picture thinking
