Honestly this whole interview process is a mess. HR reached out to me for an analyst position. Came in to the office for a 1 hour interview with a manager, and later that week was interviewed with another manager. The following week week i was asked if i'd be interested in a different position in a different department. Sure, i came in in the following week to the office for another 2 hour long interview with 4 people in the same organization, basically asking me the same question. I just don't understand why they couldn't have a panel interview. i felt really exhausted at the end of the interview process. also - no idea why i couldn't just interview at home. i probably spent around $40 in gas and 5 hours of my life to have them say 'No' without offering any explanation. Does not make you feel nice and/or work with people like that. Seems like they do not know what they want. They need a lot of people in a lot of different field but they are not clear on how to allocate responsibilities. At any corporate roles you will have to be jacks of all trades until they figure out what position best fit you.
