Applied on company website, received a call from HR department after 2 weeks to schedule a teams meeting with senior management. Teams meeting last for 30 minutes which covers work background and the understanding of Best Buy Canada. No feedback after the interview.
It followed a typical recruiting structure. A screening phone call, an interview with a manager, and then a final interview with directors. It was a quick turnaround between call and interview.
